Physical and mental health are the most important pillars at an individual level that help us achieve our highest potential

Sessions coached voluntarily by Carl Morton, as a part of the Holistic Fitness Programme with the Well-Being Society, are every Tuesday in Blagnac and combine elements from Western fitness techniques such as cardio and pilates, whilst bringing in Eastern methods and philosophies including asana stretching, breathing techniques and guided relaxation

Classes are inclusive to all ages, fitness levels.

To join as a participant, you are welcome to contact the wellbeing society and ask them about Holistic Fitness.
